The second challenge I have entered my card into is the Global Design Project #GDP424. This challenge we get to "Case the Designer". What an awesome card to case too.

ABOUT MY CARD
With the colour combination from the Paper Players challenge, and the layout of the Global Design Project challenge, this is what I came up with.
I have been looking forward to using this stamp set, as well as the Melon Mambo Specialty Foil...and never a better time as the present.
On a Basic White (Thick) card base, I added a double mat Basic Black and the Melon Mambo Specialty Foil. I embossed the foil cardstock with the Basics 3D Embossing Folder (Flower/Starfish pattern). I thought it also resembled Poinsettias.
The main picture and banner are both double matted with Basic Black and Tahitian Tide, and I used the Trucking Along stamp set. I used the Stampin' Blends in Real Red, Tahitian Tide and Melon Mambo to colour the images, and then blended Tahitian tide to the top of the image panel.
I finished the front of my card off with the Faceted Gems Trio Pack (White).
