ABOUT MY CARD
Let's not forget about the men in our lives. I created this card with my husband in mind as his birthday is next week and of course I have left it to the last minute to make cards.
For this week's card I started with a Basic White (Thick) card base. I love using this thick cardstock as it really stands up to a well embellished and weighted card.
The mat layer is the reverse side of the Fresh As A Daisy DSP, and I created my own DSP using Basic White Cardstock, the three colour combination and stamps from the Notes of Nature Stamp Set.
I have matted the sentiment panel on the same DSP, and stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black with one of the sentiments in the Notes of Nature Stamp Set.
Little banners/flags are also cut from the same Fresh As A Daisy DSP, with one small banner in Basic White Thick Cardstock.
Simply finished this card off with the Boho Blue gems from the 2023-2025 In Colour Dots.
Such an easy card design.
