ABOUT MY CARD
I love the look of simple cardmaking, but can never seem to be able to create one for myself...I just add, add, add. However, I think this is as basic as I could get, and I really love the clean look of it.
On a base of Basic White (Thick) I added a double mat of DSP from Winter Meadow pack. What an amazing paper pack. I love the pretty watercolour backgrounds that just give a little something else to fine borders over using regular cardstock. The slight change in texture isn't overall noticeable, but really adds to the overall balance of this DSP.
The banner and sentiment strip are cut from the same Winter Meadows DSP, and the sentiment from the Joy of You Stamp Set is embossed with White Embossing Powder.
To finish off my card, I added some Lost Lagoon bling from the Faceted Gems Trio Pack, and some Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Nothing complicated about this card, but wow...she is stunning.
