Freshly Made Sketches Card Challenge #615

 

I am so excited!

I stumbled on the Freshly Made Sketches website where a new card sketch challenge is uploaded each week.  This challenge is all about having fun! using any products you like.  So this is my entry for the challenge this week.

ABOUT MY CARD

For this sketch I have used a Basic White (Thick) card base with a double mat Basic Black and Very Vanilla.

Using the Deckled Circles I cut the 3rd larges circle and ran it through with the Crosshatch pattern from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders for texture.  The Alphabest stamp set was used for the numbers around the clock and the "time to" portion of the sentiment.  The Handmade Hugs stamp set was used for the "celebrate" portion of the sentiment by masking off the words at the top and bottom of that stamp.  I used Memento Tuxedo Black for all of the stamping. The sentiment was then cut out with the Stylish Shapes die set.

The pendulum of the clock was used with the Stylish Shapes die set with the Gold Foil Sheets, and the pendulum bob was popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The Basic White mat has been embossed with the Dots and Spots die set.  The sandwich I used in my Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine was base plate 1, plate 3, die facing up with cardstock on top, silicone mat, and finish with another plate 3.  Leaving out plate 2 ande adding the silicone mat allows dies to emboss rather than cut.

The finishing touch to this card was to add a few Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.
