Regency Park | Happy Birthday | Swing Card

Here is another card style I have been wanting to try for some time now...but took a bit of planning getting the sizing right.  I have used a Pale Papaya card base with the Regency Park Suite DSP, Stamps, Dies and the Adhesive-Backed Milky Dots.  I decided that I needed to bring some of the Pale Papaya Ribbon in to match the card base.
